Northboro Contra Dance TODAY, Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 2:00-4:30 with Harris Lapiroff & Dandelion Band at the First Parish UU located at 40 Church Street, Northboro. Beginners welcome. Adults $10/$5 students. Masks are optional.

Worcester Contra Dance

The Worcester Contra Dance will kick off its 2023-24 dance schedule beginning on September 9, 2023. All dances take place from 7:15–10:30 PM on the second Saturday of each month typically from September through June. A beginner’s lesson is offered for all new to contra dancing starting at 7:15 p.m. The dance itself starts at 7:30 p.m. All dances are located in the gymnasium (Brewer Hall) at Wesley United Methodist Church, 114 Main St. in Worcester, MA. Gymnasium access is on the left side of the building when viewed from Main Street. The admission fee is $10 to $12 for adults, $6 to $8 for students, and $25 per family. https://www.worcesterdance.org/

Tod Whittemore will be calling to the LIVE MUSIC of the Wild Isle Band at the Northboro Contra Dance, Saturday, March 25 at 2:30 in the afternoon which will be held at the First Parish UU on 40 Church Street. Masks are optional.

This Saturday, July 10, we plan to walk and have a social again at Lake Chauncy. The walk starts at 5 and the meal and social at 6. Bring your meal, drink, and CHAIR. Don Heinold and I hope many of our contra dance friends come. The location is off Lyman Street taking Carter Fuller Way (Hospital Road) all the way to the lake and parking lot.
